Carolyn Wynn, age 82, of Eddyville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at her home. Born August 24, 1938, in Caldwell County, she was the daughter of the late Eurie and Mary Frances King Oliver.

Carolyn worked for 20 years at Trigg Knit Hosiery Mill and later for Shawnee Plastics in Kuttawa and Ethridge Plastics in Cadiz. In her time outside of work, she enjoyed fishing with her late husband, Arnold, and spending time with her family who lovingly knew her as "Granny." She was a longtime member of Lamasco Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Wynn; a daughter, Barbara Stewart; and two sisters, June Willis and Linda Keel.

She is survived by a son, Jeff (Debbie) Wynn of Gallatin, Tenn.; five grandchildren, Sherrie Hale and Stephanie Stewart (Bubba), both of the home, Kara Wynn (Brandon Dew), Abby Wynn (Jared Coffey), and Taylor Wynn; and seven great-grandchildren, Kelsey Ferrell, Allen (Kaylynne) Stewart, Caleb Stovall, Allison Cooper, Austin Cooper, Ayden Dew, and Ellie Dew.

Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main Street in Cadiz, where the family will receive friends beginning at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, February 25, 2021. Funeral services will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 26, 2021, with Rev. Dean Ray officiating. Burial will follow in Caldwell Blue Spring Baptist Church Cemetery in Caldwell County.
