Paul Jackson Cole, 80, of Princeton, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2019 at his residence following a short illness. He was born December 25, 1938 in Mercer County to the late Garfield Coy and Zephra Vada Howell Cole.
Mr. Cole was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. He enjoyed gardening, painting, woodworking, fishing and being outdoors, and was an avid West Virginia University Mountaineer fan. He enjoyed laughing, joking, and making people smile.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the catch of his life, his wife Margaret Beckner Cole, and one brother Bernard Cole.
Those left to cherish his memory include three sons, Jerry Jackson Cole and wife Cynthia, Gregory Keith Cole and wife Candice, Stacey Brian Cole and wife Velvet of Princeton, one daughter Sherry Katherine Seal and husband Howard of Princeton, one brother Bill Cole and wife Anna of Princeton, one sister Margaret Pelfrey and husband Walter of Princeton, 12 grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren and a sister-in-law Ethel Cole of Princeton.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 1PM Tuesday in the chapel of Roselawn Funeral Home with Pastor Marvin Mills and Pastor Greg Kinser officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 6-9PM at the funeral home.
