Michael Loved Dallas Cowboys, UNM Lobos, Wildlife, Whales. He worked for NM Tourism Department∼Michael Arthur "Mikey" Wasson, 43, a lifetime resident of Albuquerque, died Saturday, January 11, 2003. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Sue Wasson of the family home; parents, Arthur and Marie Wasson; mother-in-law, Shirley Tanzola and husband, Jim, all of Albuquerque; father-in-law, Melton McCreary and wife, Marion of Edgewood; brothers-in-law, Kevin and Michael McCreary; and numerous cousins, other relatives and friends. Michael was a member of Central United Methodist Church. Michael loved all animals, loved to fish, and loved the Lobos and Cowboys. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Rosie Gonzales reciting. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, 2:30 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church, 1615 Copper Ave NE. There will be a reception at the Church following the service. Friends may visit French Mortuary, Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to time of rosary.
