MARIANNE L. HILL, 86, passed away Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Ind. Born Aug. 14, 1934 in Grabill, Ind., she was a daughter of the late Henry and Ethel Sauder.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Marianne loved making a home for her family and enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers, embroidering and was an avid reader. She was a member of the Crossview Church of Grabill and the Lions Club.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Hill of Spencerville, Ind.; children, Randy Hill of San Diego, Calif., David (Maureen) Hill of Hobart, Ind., Babara (Chuck) Jones of Columbia City, Ind., Valarie (Mike) Law of Spencerville, Ind.; siblings, Paul Sauder, Sam Sauder, Marjorie Koch, Dorothy (William) Moore; grandchildren, Alex, Nathan, Seana, Maggie, Katie, and Eva.
Marianne was also preceded in death by her siblings, Iris Griggs and Joe Sauder.
Private service will be held at Hockemeyer Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Center Road, Fort Wayne Ind. Burial in Leo Memorial Cemetery, Leo Ind. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Indiana Lions Cancer Control Funds Inc.
