Jerry was born October 19, 1953 in Winfield, Alabama to Arnold Banks and Estelle (Green) Cunningham. He was a truck driver and an avid Alabama football fan, attending many games. He was a hard worker and he loved his family, including his son Chase and their weekly dinner ritual. He made sacrifices in his life to make sure their needs were met. He was a good neighbor; always going the extra mile to help someone.
He was fascinated with cars and loved his Peterbilt truck. Jerry loved to fish with his best buddy Jerry Gilliam and loved to watch fishing shows, Wheel of Fortune and would laugh so hard watching Steve Harvey on Family Feud. He loved his dogs Buddy, Ellie and Zoie.

He is preceded in death by his wife and life partner Sandy (Porter) Cunningham. He is survived by a son, Jeremy Chase Cunningham, a sister, Judy Elmore and brothers, Dennis, Roger and Randy Cunningham. -dowdlefuneralhome.net
