Deborah J. “Debbie” Phillips (Arrigo) age 56, of Algonquin and formerly of Des Plaines and Elk Grove Village, Illinois passed away at home on February 20, 2021 with her loving family at her side. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 11, 1964 the loving daughter of Anthony and Else (Suermann) Arrigo. Debbie graduated from Elk Grove High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Loved playing games, horses, dogs and watching sports.


She was a longtime employee at Zeigler Auto Group in Schaumburg and before that the Resnick Auto Group in Schaumburg.

She is survived by her husband, Randy of 34 years; her children, Eric, Ryan and Nicole; her grandchildren, Cali, Tori and Layla; her father Anthony Arrigo; her sisters, Pamela Montesinos of Florida, Marian (David) Sutarik of Vernon Hills, IL and Melissa (Steven) Hesketh of Florida; she is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Debbie will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM along with a Prayer Service and a Time of Sharing to begin at 2:00 PM that afternoon all at Willow Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills. (Please remember social distancing and face coverings will be our shared practice during the visitation at the Funeral Home.)

Cremation rites will then be accorded privately.
