Charlie was born at Glynn-Brunswick Memorial Hospital on August 9. 1964 to Milton and Hazel (Arnold) Rogers. He graduated McIntosh County Academy in 1983. Furthering his education at Brunswick Beauty College, he received his Cosmetology License and began his long career as a Master Cosmetologist/Barber owning his own salon.
Survived by his mother, Hazel Rogers; siblings, Elaine Rogers Johnson, Deborah Rogers Lee (Gary), and Milton Russel Rogers; also several nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Milton Rogers Jr; and a sister, Kathy Rogers Anderson.
Charlie had many hobbies, as well as many friends. His hobbies included: spending time on Doboy Island; going to the beach; taking long drives on back country dirt roads; loved to travel to quaint little spots; and most of all he loved to spend time with his family and friends. His infectious smile will be missed by all.
