Mark was the loving father of Megan R. Stark (Jason) and Jacob R. Rogers. He was the proud grandfather of Hadley Stark. Mark was the brother of Julie R. Lisenbea (Charles) and the late Rebecca R. Manning (Paul Manning).
Mark served in the United States Air Force. He was a loving father and devoted Christian. Mark will be dearly missed.
