Ronald was a graduate of the former William Penn High School.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Ronald retired from TRW.
He leaves to celebrate his life, his son: Ronald "Ronnie" Spencer, Jr.; his mother: Betty Lou Spencer Clark; his brothers: James Spencer, Samuel, Gary, Anthony, William, Timothy, and Marcus Clark; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Ronald's life will be celebrated in the Chapel of Major H. Winfield Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 11:00 AM with viewing from 10:00 until 11:00 AM.
Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
