She met the love of her life, Wesley, in Seaside, California and together they raised their family of six: Cathie Jenkins, Vicki Egan (Mark), Stephanie Jessen, Kirk Jenkins (Shelli), Ben Jenkins (Cindy), and Brad Jenkins (Linda).
Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley, both of her parents, and one sister, Pat Sandoval. She is survived by her two sisters, Ruth Spencer and Dolly Hester and 14 grandchildren: Sara Jessen, Jill Smith, Chad Jessen, Tyler Kleinhesselink, Tara Kleinhesselink, Shanon Egan, Nathan Jenkins, Rebecca Jenkins, Alyssa Huth, Desiree Jenkins, Jonathan Jenkins, Caylin Jenkins, Joey Jenkins, Alyssa Jenkins and 23 great grandchildren.
Fran enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, especially road trips, good food and good music.
She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
