Hannah Philippa Ludwell was the wife of William Lee and the eldest daughter of Colonel Phillip Ludwell III and his wife, Frances (Grymes) Lee. She was buried at the Church of Saint Mary, Stratford-le-Bow, where her father and great-grandfather were buried. It should not be confused with the similarly named church, Saint Mary-le-Bow (Shepperson, Archibald Bolling. John Paradise and Lucy Ludwell of London and Williamsburg, 1942, page 455).
