He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty Sue and Lewis Herman. Louie worked as a superintendent for K.P. Glass. He enjoyed fishing, western movies and spending time with his family and friends.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Dora A. “Ann” Murray; children, Teresa Mundie (Greg) and Anna Tibbs (David); grandchildren, Kristin Mundie, Justin Mundie (Tannis) and Katelyn Nixon (Norris); siblings, Danny Murray (Charlene) and Linda Pauls (Steve); great-grandchildren, Leighton, Brynnley and Josie; nephews, Daniel (Lindsey), Christopher and Craig; and great nephews, Brooks and Ryder.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 22, 2021 from 4-8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231 where a service will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Westhampton Memorial Park.
