Bobby Lynn Ables, 53, of Dyersburg, Tennessee died on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Born Monday, August 21, 1967 in Cook County, Illinois, he was the son of the late Eddie Lamar Ables and the late Laquetta Sollis Ables. Mr. Ables was a self-employed carpenter.

Graveside services for Mr. Ables will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Church Grove Cemetery in Newbern, Tennessee. Officiating this service will be Rev. Calvin Smith.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Amanda Ables of Jackson, Tennessee; one brother, Allen Wayne Ables of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two sisters, Pamela Ables Riggs of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Teresa Ables Richmond of Dyersburg, Tennessee and three grandchildren, Anthony Isaiah Glenn, Braylen Micheal Ables and Elaina Michelle Ables.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Ables and one brother (in-law), Steve Riggs.

Honoring Mr. Ables as pallbearers will be Kaya Butler, Michael Richmond, Hunter Holland and Malakai Steven Jones.
