Diane was the third child born to Mandzay and Thelma Wright. They produced two incredible daughters and two terrific sons.

Diane retired from Pinnacol Insurance after twenty-three years of service. This allowed her time to tend to her houseplants, flowerbeds, and garden. Diane, on occasion, would knit, crochet, and even draw. Moreover, Diane would read her favorite authors, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, and D.C. Andrews. She would even watch Family Feud, Bernie Mac, or the Lifetime Movie Chanel.
