Bo lived his childhood mostly in the Texas cities of Angleton, Dallas and Garland. Bo, also, lived for a year with relatives in Arkansas. Bo’s adult years were lived in Dallas, Texas, then Louisiana where Bo was married for a time, but never fathered children. Bo hoped to play football for the University of Texas and professional football. A serious motorcycle accident resulted in broken bones in his legs and ended his athletic career.
