Regina Ann Clark Barnes, 62, of Louisville, passed away on February 17, 2021.
She was born on September 27, 1958, the daughter of William and Florence Clark.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Felix Turner; second husband, G.W. Barnes; daughter, Kelly Middleton; and brother, William Clark.
She is survived by her children, Delsie "Missy" Turner and William Turner (Stephanie); three brothers, Melvin Clark (Cindy), Robert Clark, and John Clark; two sisters, Paula Schnellenberger (Michael) and Patricia Frederick; seven grandchildren, Andrew Gage, Blaine, and Brian Spaulding, Mackenzie, Zackary, and Myleigh Duncan, and Erika "little Gina" Turner; several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews survive; and one great-great-niece.
Funeral services will be at 2 PM on Sunday, February 21, 2021, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Louisville, KY 40216. Cremation will follow.
