With her nursing degree she moved to Denver, Colorado in 1969 where she worked for a few years at Colorado General Hospital. There she met her future husband and married Dr. Mark Wolf in November of 1973. They soon settled in Littleton where she spent the rest of her life. Paula had a love of animals, travel, and cooking. She and her husband always had a Doberman and had several through the years.The couple traveled extensively, and Paula especially enjoyed their trips to France and Santa Fe, New Mexico.She was a fine cook and enjoyed sharing that talent with her family, especially in preparing the Thanksgiving feast.Paula was passionate about fitness and was an active member of Club USA where she would work out daily. In the Fall, she and Mark would drive into the mountains to watch the beautiful seasonal changes of the trees.
The couple raised two daughters.
Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Vee Kenning, and is survived by her husband, her daughters and four grandchildren: Rhys and Everett Shomler and Kelly and August Konwinski. She is also survived by one brother, Greg (Miriam) Kenning living in Ottumwa.
