Archie Lee Walker, son of Buster Walker and the late Mary (White) Walker was born July 25, 1955 in Michigan and departed this life on February 17, 2021 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. He had attained the age of sixty-five years, six months and twenty-three days.
Archie had resided in Ellsinore for the past 27 years and was formerly of Mill Spring, MO. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, hunting and camping. Archie was good hearted, very likable, a jokester, never met a stranger and would help anyone in need. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them.
On April 12, 1974, he was united in marriage to Sheila Waller in Mill Spring, MO. She survives of the home.
He is survived by his father, Buster Walker of Ellsinore, his wife, Sheila Walker of Ellsinore; his son, Archie Walker, Jr. and Patty of Ellsinore; his two daughters, Elaine Anderson and husband James of Ellsinore and Carissa Gower and husband Ronnie of Ellsinore; two brothers, Johnny and wife Pauletta of Ellsinore and Ronnie and wife Hope of Ellsinore; four sisters, Julie, Sandra and husband Carl, Sherry and husband Paul B. and Pam and husband Paul; seven grandchildren, Sierra, Kaitlyn, Mariah, Cordale, Alex, Blake and Riley; four great grandchildren, Delilah, Navaeh, Rhett and Kyzler; and many relatives and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his mother, Archie was preceded in death by one brother, Steve Walker. Burial will be in the Whites Mill Cemetery in Ellsinore.
