Johnny Dale Jackson, age 52, of Queen City, Texas, went to be with the Lord Monday, February 15, 2021 at his residence.
Johnny was born August 13, 1968, in Atlanta, Texas, to David Ray and Decie Jackson. He was a pulpwood logger; and a Baptist by faith. He enjoyed spending time reading and watching T.V. He was preceded in death by his father, David Ray Jackson; his brothers, Tommy Carol Jackson, Rickey Lynn Jackson, and Leonard David “Chub” Jackson.
He is survived by his brothers, Danny Ray Jackson and wife Jane of Doddridge, Arkansas, Donald Wayne Jackson of Atlanta, Texas, Richard Darrell Jackson of Queen City, Texas, Charles Gary Jackson and Wanda Brown of Queen City, Texas, Billy Joe Jackson of Queen City, Texas; sister, Linda Iverson of Atlanta, Texas; sister-in-law, Sarah Jackson of Queen City, Texas; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Courtland Cemetery, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service with Bro. D. Ray Sheffield officiating.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 24, 2021 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Hanner Funeral Service.
