Charlotte Weaver Thompson, age 58, died Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Born December 7, 1962 in Martin County she was a daughter of Peggy Ann Weaver of Selma and the late Raymond Howard “R.H.” Weaver, Jr. Charlotte was a graduate of North Johnson High School Class 1981, where she was crowned Miss. North Johnston. She enjoyed playing sports, was an avid Duke fan, and loved watching movies. Charlotte was known for her infectious laughter and her kindness to all that she met. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She attended Four Oaks Church of God. Charlotte loved spending time with her family and spending time with her grandchildren, was one of her greatest joys

Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Sunday evening, February 21, 2021 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Stevens and Kevin Edwards officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Sunday evening just prior to the service. A private family burial will be held on Monday at Holly Spring FWB Church Cemetery.

Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband Gary Thompson; son, Christopher Lee Rose and wife Nicole of Newton Grove; daughter, Ashley Rose Mitchell and husband James of Wendell; stepson, Rodney Thompson and wife Phelicia of Four Oaks; brother, Gary Weaver and wife Kim of Goldsboro; and grandchildren, Kaylee Rose, Carley Grissom, Dalton Grissom, Anna Mitchell, Leia Mitchell, Everlee Rose, and Patience Thompson.

The family asks that everyone please adhere to the current COVID-19 restrictions and wear their masks.
