He leaves the following relatives surviving; his beloved mother, Doris Turner Caldwell, London, KY., one beloved son, Michael Jonathon Caldwell, London, KY., one beloved daughter, Victoria Caldwell Powell & Matthew, London, KY., one brother, Stevie Caldwell, Richmond, KY., two sisters, Rita Baker & Vincent, London, KY. & Lavonna Sue Caldwell, Hyden, KY., 11 treasured grandchildren, Connor Jones, Cameron Jones, Zander Caldwell, Ariana Caldwell, Trinity Caldwell, Jayden Caldwell, Jaylinn Caldwell, Corey Brock, Trevor Brock, Casey Collett & Tessa Roberts.
