MANKATO — Longtime Mankato area resident Allan Ivan Rader, 56, died Saturday, Aug. 5, 1995, at Immanuel-St. Joseph's Hospital. Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Mapleton, the Rev. Richard Salge officiating. Burial is in Decoria Cemetery.
Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Olson-Tichenor Funeral Home, Mapleton, and one hour before services at the church.
Mr. Rader was born. 19, 1938, to Walter and Ethel (DeRemer) Rader in Pemberton. He attended rural schools in Medo Township, and graduated from Pemberton ton High School in 1956. He attended Mankato, Vocational School. He married Cheryl Willis on June 10, 1989, in Mapleton. He worked for 18 years at L.L. Dewey Co., and the last 12 years at Tire Associate Warehouse. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles since 1969, and of the Mankato Loyal Order of Moose since 1982. He enjoyed bowling, playing pool and horseshoes, and fishing.
He is survived by his wife; two, sons, Mark and his wife, Donna, of Mannford, Okla., and Kelly, of Lubbock; one daughter, Kimberly Allen and her husband Don, of'Tulsa, Okla.; one stepson, Dan, of Arkansas; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Loretta Ward of Mapleton, and Caroli Annis and her husband, Robert, of Mapleton; and many nieces and nephews.
