KIMBERLY D. HOFFMAN, age 61, of Piqua, OH passed away at 1:10 AM on Monday, February 15, 2021 at her residence. Kimberly was born in Piqua, OH on July 25, 1959 to the late Raymond Clark and Martha (Butt) Clark-Wall. She married Rick Hoffman in Lockington, OH on July 12, 1985 and he preceded her in death on May 11, 2016.

Kimberly is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Michael & Crystal Clark, Piqua, and Matthew & Angella O’Reilly, Piqua; two step daughters: Summer Davis Fish, Dayton, and Dawn (Scott) Griner, Lockington; three step sons: Nathan Brewer, GA, Jason (Jenna) Shaffer, Lockington, and Ben O’Reilly, Sidney; two brothers: Kip Clark and Robert Wall, both of Piqua; five grandchildren: Kaylee O’Reilly, Whitley (Tyler) Mershon, Ryan Clark, Alainna (Devin) O’Reilly, and Brennen Clark; 12 step grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren: Zadrinn Clarke and Zinndric Clarke. She is preceded in death by her step father: Lynnwood Wall and her stepdaughter: Rebeka Patterson.

Kimberly was a nurse’s aide for 15 years. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, playing cards, playing in pool leagues, and spending time with her family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home, Piqua, with Pastor Gary Wagner officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery, Piqua.
