Betty Scott Guadarrama, age 72 of Paducah died Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield. She was born the daughter of the late Charles Scott and the late Clara Portwood Scott. She worked as a Direct Support Professional, and was a member of Temple Baptist church.
Graveside services will be Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Entombment will follow. Anyone wishing to follow the funeral procession can meet at the funeral home. The procession will leave at 9:30 a.m. Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her daughters: Phyllis Green (Edwin) of Murray, Tammi Bullington (Mike) of Paducah, and Bonnie McClure (Cary) of Murray; her grandchildren: Erin Hawes, and Micheal Fleming (Courtney); and her three great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Phillip Ray Womack; her brothers: Charles Scott, Francis Scott, and Cleo Scott; and her sisters: Clara Bridges, and Mable Bristow.
