Charles graduated in the Class of 1967 from Shippensburg Area High School. He was formerly employed by Hoffman Mills, Inc. for 30 years and retired from Schreiber Industries. He was a member of the Hub City Club and the American Legion Post #223. Chuck enjoyed shootin’ pool.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 53 years, Kimberly C. (Smith) Franklin of Shippensburg; two daughters, Tracey (Quintin) L. Ehrhart of Orrstown and Becky (Bill) E. Forbus of Greencastle; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and two brothers, Larry and Ronald Franklin of Shippensburg.
Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 23 at Spring Hill Cemetery, 114 N. Morris Street, Shippensburg with Pastor Adam Sewell officiating.
