Beloved son of Jimmie Day and James Holmes; Grandson of the late Sam and Annie Bell Day; Father of Taylor Day; Brother of Wayne (Marnita) and Cornel (Donna) Day, Germain (Tiffany) Royal and the late Anna Marie Day; Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DW Rhodes Chapel, 3933 Washington Ave. on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 1:00 pm. Interment: Mt. Olivet Cemetery, New Orleans, LA;
