Phyllis was a homemaker, she is survived by four children, daughter, Kimberly(Mitch) Laughlin, three sons , Jeffery Cooper, Roger(Janet) Cooper, and Micheal (Amber) Cooper, thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is survived by one sister, Audrey Market and one brother, Wayne (Mary Jo) Fisher.
Phyllis was preceded in death by three sisters, Louise Shoaf, Lara Jean Thompson and Lucille Hubbard, six brothers, Daniel, Floy, John, Jerry, Micheal and George Fisher.In keeping with Phyllis's wishes, cremation has been chosen, her request was not to have services. Care and arrangement entrusted to Butler Funeral Home in Rockville. Memorials to honor Phyllis's memory may be made to Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, 8445 Keystone Crossing, STE 102, Indianapolis, In, 46240. .
