He was 33, born on March 23, 1974, and a resident and native of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Desselle Funeral Home on Thursday, Oct. 18, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Visiting at St. Mary Baptist Church, 1252 N. Acadian Thruway E., on Friday, Oct. 19, from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Conway L. Knighton. Interment in Southern Memorial Gardens. Survived by his mother and stepfather, Mable S. and John E. Jones Jr.; father, Augustus Burton; and two sons, Jaylon and Jaren Cage. He was a 1992 graduate of Southern University Laboratory School.
