He is survived by sons; Chad Sampson, Michael Cantrell (Rachel), grandchildren; Colin Cantrell (Shannon), Cicily Cantrell, Heather Ream (Jarred), sister; Gilda Sampson, Stevie Sampson (Debra). He was preceded in death by his parents; Homer & Bertha Sampson, wife; Tommie Sampson, sister; Gild Ann Sampson, brother; Danny Sampson.
