Peter Wood Marston, age 71, of Bethel, CT died on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Danbury Hospital. He was the husband of Mary Ann (Couillard) Marston.
He was born in Port Chester, NY, April 19, 1949, son of the late Moulton "Pete" and Olive Louise (Wood) Marston.
Pete worked as a computer programmer for many years and had a passion for technology. He always enjoyed talking about how much technology and the physical size of computers has changed over the years.
Along with computer programming, he enjoyed working on various construction projects over the years with his father.

Pete had a great love for music, the ocean - especially along the coast of Maine, lighthouses, tall ships, airplanes, and photography. He loved to tell stories about taking pictures from out of the side of an airplane. He also enjoyed learning about his Scottish heritage, which contributed to his great love of Celtic music.

In addition to Mary, his wife of 44 years, he will be greatly missed by his 3 daughters: Courtney Elizabeth, Andrea Nicole, and Cassandra Leigh Marston; her fiancé David Johnston; his 2 grandchildren, Aryanna Sadie and Aiden Wiley Johnston; and his honorary daughter, Sheila Albanesi. He is also survived by his 2 sisters: Carolyn Marston and Christie Holland; his nephew William Holland, and his niece Zulie Marston, all of Bethel, CT. He will also be greatly missed by many extended family members and friends. He will be forever remembered by all who knew him and loved him.

A walk-through visitation will take place at the Bethel Funeral Home, 215 Greenwood Ave., Bethel, CT. on Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. All attendees should wear masks and practice social distancing as they walk through the funeral home. A private graveside service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery in Bethel, CT on Monday, February 15, 2021.
