James C. Anderson
__James C. Anderson of 800 H avenue NW, Cedar Rapids resident most of his life and a shipping clerk for Iowa Windmill and Pump Company, died in a Cedar Rapids hospital at 2:50 p.m. Friday after a long illness. Born at Bertram April 4, 1889, he was a member of the American Legion and the 25-year Motorcycle club.
__Surviving are his wife, Margaret; three brothers, Frank of Bertram, Richard of Mt. Vernon, and Leonard of Cedar Rapids, and two sisters, Blanche and Kathryn, of Cedar Rapids.
__Services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Brady mortuary by the Rev. Norman Erickson of Holy Redeemer Lutheran church. The American Legion will conduct graveside services in Linwood cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 11 a.m. Sunday.
