Tallahassee - Sandra Clippinger Harvey, 84, of Tallahassee, Florida, met her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 9, 2021.

A daughter of Gerald Clippinger and Olive Lamb Clippinger, of blessed memory, she was born in Lima, Ohio on February 14, 1936. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 59 ½ years, F. Ray Harvey; son, Steven R. Harvey; and brother, David Lee Clippinger.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Kay Oberlies (husband, Bruce); grandson, Josh Milligan (wife, Shannon); sister, Kay Graves (husband, Jimmy); as well as several nieces and nephews.

A resident of Tallahassee since 1977, she, along with her late husband, were dedicated members at Saint Paul's United Methodist Church, as well as the Burley Law Sunday School Class. A retired Customer Service Manager, she was an avid reader, enjoyed movies and going to the beach.

In keeping with her wishes, no services are planned. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Big Bend Hospice. Online condolences may be expressed at www.abbeyfh.com.
