Funeral services for Frankie Hamilton, 62, of Tishomingo, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2021, at Temple of God Church in Connerville, OK. The family will receive friends on Monday, Feb. 22, 2021, from 5-7 p.m. at Criswell Funeral Home in Ada, OK. Mr. Hamilton passed away on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore, OK. Frankie was born February 26, 1958, in Talihina, OK to John D. and Ila Mae Wisdom Hamilton. He grew up in Pontotoc, where he attended grade school and attended McLish High School soon afterward. Frankie married Lois Marie Pittman Hamilton Dec. 30, 1979, at his father's house in Pontotoc, OK. He worked many jobs such as oil field work, carpentry, automotive work, truck driver, and an all-around hard-working handyman. He enjoyed staying outdoors camping with family, fishing, hunting, playing pool, and many other sports. He absolutely loved spending time with family and spoiling all of his grandbabies. Survivors include his son, Jeremiah Hamilton; two daughters, Tashina Johnson and her husband Dustin; Tashona Morton and her husband Daniel; three sisters Helen Harris and husband Wendell, Fittstown, Melissa Miller and husband Mike, Latta, Lucille Price, and Harold, Byng; one brother Tom Hamilton and wife Marvelann, Ada; four grandchildren; and numerous other relatives. He was preceded in death by his wife Lois Hamilton; parents John and Ila Hamilton; two sisters, Rose Imotichey and Lea Johnson; and brother, Eddie Hamilton. Honorary Pall Bearers will be: "Big John" Hamilton, Hershel Hamilton, JayDee Hamilton, and Joe Imotichey. Published on February 20, 2021
