Charles Franklin Waddell “Chucky”, 44 of Ironton, Ohio, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Ironton, Ohio.
He was born June 19, 1976 in Ironton, Ohio, a son of Diana Lee Easterling Waddell and the late William Lee Waddell.
Chucky was a construction worker who loved his family.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, William Lee Waddell, II; his maternal grandparents, Charles and Marie Easterling, and his paternal grandparents, Anna (Georgie) Brammer Gullett and Bill Waddell.
Survivors include his three children, Chase Waddell, Jada Waddell and Ariel Waddell; four sisters, Angela Waddell (Keith) Wagoner, Amanda Blake, Amber Waddell and Michelle Waddell (Dusty) Mumphrey; very good friend, Rob Liebee; and Jada and Ariel’s mother, Keisha Redman Waddell.
Chucky is also survived by his aunts and uncles, Sandra and Philliap Giammarco, Cindy and Jerry Amich, and Tammy Waddell; several nephews and nieces, E.J., Eric, and Erin Edens, Candace, Becky, Billy, Justin and Maddy Waddell; Austin Smith, Haley, Maddy and Boyd Blake; Ethan, Blake, Kylee and Mason Waddell; Timothy Childers, Jameson, and Jenna Carico; and 20 great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, Ohio, with Reverend Ryan Mckee officiating. Burial followed at Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, Ohio.
