Marilyn, 83, of Marshall died on Wednesday February 10, 2021 at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo.
Marilyn was born to Dr. Clifford and Eloise (Loux) Taylor.

She graduated from Albion High School and went on to graduate from Clayton State College in Georgia. On January 29, 1955 she married Gerald R. Thomas in Angola, Indiana.

Marilyn retired from Classic Cadillac as office Manager in Roswell, Georgia. Prior to that she worked at Boshears Ford in Marshall, and several different dealerships in Georgia. Former member of the Marshall United Methodist Church. Marilyn was an avid bridge player, enjoying cross stitch and knitting. She loved the outdoors, golfing and going for walks.

She is survived by her husband Gerald; three children Cindy (Bruce) Bosserd, Cathy (Robert) Hilsman, Michael Thomas; five grandchildren Michele Cable, Benjamin Bosserd, Robbie Hilsman, Brynn Hewitt, and Kaleb Thomas; nine great-grandchildren; and a brother Daniel Taylor.

She was preceded death by her parents, and a sister Peg Taylor.

Visitation will take place on Sunday February 14, 2021, at the Kempf Family Funeral Home, Marshall. A private family funeral will take place at a later date.
