He was born in Harrison on March 8, 1990, to parents, Steven and Theresa (McDougald) Harper. Survivors include his parents, and his sister, Patricia Harper, and his best friend and brother in blue, Dusty Morgan.
*Funeral service will be at 10 AM, Friday, February 19 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison, with burial following at Maple Leaf Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM at the funeral home on Thursday. *Arrangements are weather permitting at this time.
