Linda was a member of Magnolia Baptist Church. She played the piano at Abe Springs Baptist Church from 1977 until 1981 and also played the piano at Magnolia Baptist Church from late 1981 until the present. She enjoyed gardening but most of all she truly loved her family.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Erma and Leo Kennedy, a great-grandchild, Noah Green. Survivors include, Husband, Jack Green of Blountstown, FL; Two sons, Michel Green of Blountstown, FL; Steven Green and wife, Mary of Pensacola, FL; One daughter, Serena Cook and husband Jimmy of Molino, FL; One brother, Leo D. Kennedy of Port St. Joe, FL; Three grandchildren, Tyler Green, Matthew Cook and Joshua Cook.
Funeral services were held Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 11:00 am (CST) at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend John Kusnier and Reverend Clint Clemons officiating. Interment followed in Magnolia Cemetery.
