Mrs. Annie Jo Harper Moore, 86, of Adel, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2020 at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta following a short illness. She was the daughter of the late Roy and Ethel Paulk Harper. Mrs. Moore was born born February 10, 1934 in Alapaha, Georgia. She lived most of her life in Cook County and was a member of Westside Baptist Church. Mrs. Moore was the retired owner of A.J.'s Country Kitchen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L. Moore.

Mrs. Moore is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law: Roger Moore of Sparks, Georgia and Randy L. and Jackie Moore of Cullman, Alabama; two daughters and their significant others: Darlene Lipsey and Darlene's friend, Joey Bennett, and Theresa and Dusty Key, all of Adel. She is further survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held at 3:00PM on Sunday, April 5, 2020 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Scotty Mathis and Mr. Keith Howze officiating. Jack and Bettye Joiner sang "I Saw The Light" and "Amazing Grace." Pallbearers were Cody Moore, Joey Bennett, Dusty Key, Nickie Griffin, Christopher Moore and Keith Howze.
