"Abram S. Riale, died at his home, on Bridge street, at 4:15 o'clock Saturday afternoon of diabetes. He had been afflicted with the disease for the past three years, but was confined to his bed less than a week. The deceased was born in Marietta, November 29, 1865, and was therefore, in his forty-second year. He was employed at the hollow-wares for more than twenty years and at the time of his death was employed at the works of the Marietta Hollow-ware and Enameling company, as a moulder. He was a member of the Marietta local, No. 339, Iron Moulders' union. He was also a member of Waterford council, No. 72, O.U.A.M., and of the Episcopal church. Mr. Riale was a staunch Democrat and at the recent election was the candidate for his party for the office of school director from the Third ward. He was a kind and good husband and will be greatly missed by his family. Besides his widow six sons and a daughter survive as follows: Joseph, Harry, Abram, Mary, John, Paul and Andrew. The oldest child is but fourteen years of age. The parents of the deceased, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Riale, also survive, as do two brothers, Joseph of Milton, and John, of this place, and one sister, Mrs. Susan Horn, of Baltimore."

Information from contributor Edna (member #47926881):
Son: Andrew Grandy Riale, 12/02/1902 - 7/11/1969; twin of Paul Riale. Couldn't find gravesite.

[My Note: Son Andrew Grandy Riale's death place is Niles, Michigan - his obituary lists burial was in that city.]
