DAVID WOODCOX
David Elihu Woodcox, 75, of 112 Garden street, died this morning at 4:30 in the Fairview hospital after eight years illness. The son of Nelson and Nancy Woodcox, he was born March 23, 1877 in Defiance, O. He had lived here 50 years coming from Ohio. Mr. Woodcox was married Oct. 26, 1904 in LaPorte to Bertha Woodcox, who survives. He was a retired farmer and a member of the First Christian church. Other survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Albert Cook of LaPorte; one grandson; one brother, Frank Woodcox of LaPorte, an done sister, Mrs. Emma Michael of Defiance, O. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Haverstock chapel. The Rev. Wilber H. Dickerson will officiate. Burial will be in Sauktown cemetery.
