She was born on December 12, 1954, in Port Clinton, Ohio, to Harry and Norma Sipes Lentz.
Holly was a 1973 graduate of Bloomington High School North and went on to achieve her technical certificate from Ivy Tech in accounting. She spent the better part of 17 years plus with Cook Medical retiring in 2020 from the AAA Stent department. She thoroughly enjoyed her family especially her grandkids, as well as sewing and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Harry and Norma Sipes Lentz, and her daughter Kristina (Tina) Khuzkian.
She leaves behind her husband Dennis L. Price of Bloomington, son Sgt. Stepan Khuzkian, Sr., U.S. Army, and his wife Amanda of Dixon, Missouri, daughter Aimee Richardson and her companion Angela Mallory of Springtown, Texas, grandchildren Jonathan, Victoria, Brianna, Autumn and Stepan Khuzkian, Jr., Jagger Richardson, and a great grandchild, Koda Youngbird. Also surviving are siblings, Loretta Ridge and her husband Scott of Bloomington, Kenneth Lentz, Ret. Navy, and Clifford Lentz and his wife Sheryl of Bloomington, step children Crystal Hendrickson and her husband Matt of Unionville, Indiana, and Gina Coppinger and her husband Kyle of Bloomfield, step grandchildren Landon, Rylie, Maddie, Reed, and Jaycee, as well as several nieces and nephews. She also had a very special relationship with her niece, Amanda (Mandy) Lentz.
