Geraldine Harris Jenkins, age 89, of Glen Rose passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021. She was born January 28, 1932, in Star City, Arkansas the daughter of E. A. and Clara Meeks Harris. Geraldine attended First Assembly of God Church of Benton, she was a former Praise Team and choir member. She was also a Women’s Ministry leader, piano player, Vacation Bible School worker, Sunday School teacher and a faithful pastor’s wife. She loved spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids. Geraldine also enjoyed sewing, canning, cooking and especially Iris flowers. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by three brother and two sisters.

Survivors, husband of 68 years, Temon Jenkins; sons, Mark Jenkins (Melina) of Arkadelphia and Timothy Jenkins of Star City; daughters, Elizabeth Ebbs (Mike) of Benton and Becky Minyard (Jason) of Benton; brother-in-law, Don Borland of Star City; grandchildren, Amy Earnest (Rick) of Benton, David Bise (Chandler) of Little Rock, James Jenkins (Amy) of Poteau, Oklahoma, Jessica Minyard of Benton, Beth Anne Minyard of Benton, Logan Jenkins of Arkadelphia, Alexandria Jenkins of Star City and Brayson Jenkins of Arkadelphia; step-grandchildren, Michelle Cannon of Sheridan and Melissa Ebbs of White Hall; great grandchildren, Kimbree, Andee, Macee, Charlee, Jonathan, Eleanor and Kali and numerous nieces and nephews.
