Ronald "Rusty" William Lee Boyd June 11, 1963 - February 11, 2021
Ronald William Lee Boyd "Rusty" Age 57 of Cypress, Texas, formerly of Chesaning and Bay City, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021 as a result of complications from COPD. Rusty was born to parents Ronald and Jarlene (Simpson) Boyd on June 11, 1963 in Saginaw, Michigan. A "jack of all trades", Rusty loved getting his hands dirty in the garage, usually working on a motorcycle or dirt bike. In the winter months, he could be found plowing snow for elderly neighbors. Rusty accepted his role as grandpa with ease and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was also a member of the OSB Jeepers based out of Corpus Christi, Texas. Rusty was preceded in death by his mother, Jarlene, and two sisters, Cynthia and Ranelle. He is survived by his children: Amanda (Jasen) Larson, Jacob Boyd, Jennifer Boyd, and Alexander Boyd; 4 grandchildren, Brooklyn, Lilah, Charlotte, and Jacob Jr.; his father, Ronald Boyd; sisters, Lorena Bass and Monya (Kevin) Wendling; and nephews, Casey Wendling, Mathew Bass, Jeremiah Bass, Shaun Bass, and Tyler Wendling; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Rusty's wishes were to be cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. His generosity, kindness, and fierce sense of humor will be missed. He definitely lived life to the fullest.

"Carry on my wayward son
There'll be peace when you are done.
Lay your weary head to rest...
Don't you cry no more."
