William J. “Bill” Pittman, 65 of Lexington passed away Saturday, February 6, 2021 at his home.

Bill was born June 22, 1955 in Omaha, Nebraska to William Jacob and Luellea (Exline) Pittman. He graduated from Plattsmouth High School with the class of 1973. After graduation he enrolled in the Missouri Institute Of Technology. In 1975 he moved to Lexington and began his career in electronics at Reach Electronics, Bill had worked for Reach –Vtronics until the time of his death. In 2011 he purchased a bar in Overton and later sold it.

Bill was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Lexington. He enjoyed golfing, coin collecting, genealogy, playing fantasy football, bowling and playing cards with his buddies.

Bill is survived by his mother and step father; Luella and Lee Hedlund of Bellevue, two brothers; Joe and wife Mary of Glenwood, Iowa, Tim and Lisa of Bennington, several step siblings, two nieces and one nephew, three great-nieces, three great-nephews as well as a host of friends and coworkers.

Bill is preceded in death by his father, William Jacob, Sr. in1992.

A Celebration Of Life will be held later in Lexington.
