Charles was a native of Eupora, Mississippi and has been a longtime resident of Gulfport.
He was a 1975 graduate of Gulfport High School. He then entered and served in the U. S Air Force as a Sergeant, from 1976 to 1981. Charles worked as a Sales Associate at Walmart in Gulfport and he enjoyed working with computers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie R. Rodgers and Jo Retta Ross Rodgers; and his sister, LInda Rodgers Dunn. He is survived by his brother, Kim Rodgers and his wife, Pam, of Hattiesburg; his sister, Rita Rodgers of Hattiesburg; his niece, Dr. Skylar Rodgers of Jackson; and his nephews, Paul and Ross Dunn, both of Hattiesburg.
Friends are invited to join the Rodgers family for visitation on Friday, February 12th from 6 to 7 p.m. at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport
On Saturday, February 13th, there will be a Graveside Service at 1 p.m. at Montevista Cemetery, 75 Sutton Road, Eupora, Mississippi.
