Kirk was born on September 12, 1966.
He loved to go mudding, tinkering with cars and collecting hot wheels and Charlie Brown collectables. Kirk’s real passion was his job, driving a tow truck. His grandson Tucker, more than anything, he loved him so much.
He was preceded in death by: father, LeRoy Phillips; sisters, Shelia Lingo and Tina Royster.
Survivors include: wife, Brandi Phillips; sons, Michael Smith and Matthew Phillips; mother, Edna Royster; grandson, Tucker Smith; sister, Sheri Anderson; and brothers, Kevin Phillips and Kenny Phillips.
