She was born on September 4, 1941 to Ms. Berniece Woody Pack and the late Mr. John H. Pack in Ducktown, Tennessee. Rebecca faithfully served in the Tennessee National Guard for 13 years and enjoyed embroidering with her mother and aunt. Throughout life, she loved attending family reunions and had a passion for genealogy. Ms. Fisher was an avid collector of books and would distribute them to local nursing homes and jails. She also collected glass ware and very much enjoyed her trips to thrift stores, but spending time with her beloved family was always the thing she cherished most.
In addition to her father, John H. Pack, she was also preceded in death by her son, Richard Puckett; maternal grandparents, Robert and Belle Woody of Reliance; paternal grandparents, Arthur and Maude Pack of Delano.
Survivors include her mother, Berniece Woody Pack; loving children, Terry (John) Bailey and Wiley (Libby) Lowe; grandchildren, Alecia (Jeremy) Price, Daven Bailey, Ariel Lowe, Zachery Lowe, Jake Lowe and Ella Lowe; siblings, Nancy Hydas, Robin Forrester and Kim Au; special aunt, Aileen Woody Ray. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 14, 2021 in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with Robert Cheek officiating. Interment will follow at Benton Memorial Gardens with her family serving as pallbearers.
Her family will receive friends from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
