She was born July 17, 1933, in Bunker Hill, IL to Frank T. Spickerman & Florence M. (Wenisch) Spickerman.
She married Neil B. Ford on November 17, 1951 in Bunker Hill, IL. He preceded her in death on January 10, 2015.
She was a homemaker. Betty was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church and Altar Guild. She was very active with Meals on Wheels. She made cranberry sauce for 24 years for the Sausage Dinner at the Zion Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Ford of Bunker Hill, IL, Linda (Phillip) Dunning of Brighton, IL, grandchild, Christopher John (Michelle) Dunning of St. Charles, MO, nieces, Kathie Smith, Sue Smith, Margie (Brad) Estes, Donna Sisson, nephew, Ed Sisson, sisters in laws, Virginia Joan Sisson of Omaha, NE, Evelyn Potter of Vietnam and grand niece, Erica Eigenseher of Wood River, IL.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, daughter, Donna Marie Ford, brother, Marvin Spickerman, mother in law, Verda W. Ford, sister in law, Carol Jean Smith and brother in law, Vol Potter.
