Heather C. Ryan, 35, of Budd Lake, New Jersey passed away peacefully and comfortably on February 07, 2021. Heather was born in Dover, New Jersey and played soccer, basketball, and ran track for Mt. Olive High School, graduating in 2004. She went on to the Villanova University School of Business and graduated in 2008 with a Business Degree minor in Marketing. She worked in Marketing for many major casinos in Las Vegas and most recently for Wyndham Worldwide.
Her true passions in life were her family and working with people who are fighting the disease of addiction. She has been instrumental in helping several individuals overcome their addictions.
Heather is predeceased in life by her beloved fiancé Cagney M. Moo (FAG #214840343). Heather is survived by her parents Kevin and Susan Ryan, her brothers Michael Ryan and Nicholas Ryan and his wife Geri Ferraro, and her nephews Augustus and Charlie Ryan along with her niece and goddaughter Serafina Ryan, her godmother Kathleen Hener and her husband Robert Hener, and especially her beloved stepchild Gerard Moog along with numerous relatives living in Vermont, Illinois, and Honduras.
Heather’s Life Celebration will include a visitation on Thursday February 11th, 2021 from 5PM – 8PM at the William J. Leber Funeral Home (908) 879-3090, 15 Furnace Rd. (corner of Rt. 206 and Furnace Rd.), Chester, NJ 07930. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30AM Friday, February 12th, 2021 at St. Jude Thaddeus Church, 17 Mount Olive Road, Budd Lake, NJ 07828. Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, 712 Grove St., Montclair, NJ 07043.
