Beverly Jo Lively, 74, passed away Monday, February 8, 2021 in Gatesville, Texas.
A Celebration of Beverly’s life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Burkburnett.
Beverly Jo was born to the late Rosie Lorene Townsend Twilligear and William Earl Twilligear on April 1, 1946 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a supervisor of housekeeping for 25 years at Wichita General Hospital and United Regional H.C.S. Her greatest moments in life were raising her daughters. Beverly Jo was a loving mother and grandmother who will be missed dearly.
Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby Dean Twilligear and Gary Don Twilligear; and her granddaughter, Antonia Ralene Luera.
She is survived by her two daughters, Tammie Strickland and husband Jody of Belton, Texas and Theresa Luera of Cortland, Illinois; four grandchildren, Amanda Florea of Belton, Texas, Wayne Nicholson and wife Kate of Wichita Falls, Miguel Luera and Antonio Luera of Cortland, Illinois; and three great-grandchildren, Reagan Florea and Conner Florea of Belton, Texas and Makenzie Nicholson of Wichita Falls.
